The FAAST LT Integral Filter (FL-IF-2) is a two-pack replacement filter designed for the FAAST LT range of aspirating smoke detectors, including models like FL0111E-HS-EB and FL0112E-HS-EB. These filters boast effortless installation, notably requiring no software to reset the detector after replacement.
The replacement process begins by opening the cabinet door to engage the detector’s Service Mode, which halts communication and fan operation. Users then unscrew and remove the old filter, located inside the cabinet. It is crucial to transfer the foam gasket from the old filter to the new one, ensuring proper alignment before screwing the new filter securely into place. Closing the cabinet door subsequently initialises and restarts the detector for normal functionality.
