Description

The Banshee Excel Conventional Sounder, supplied by Eurofyre, is engineered for high performance and reliability within fire alarm detection systems. Manufactured from flame-retardant ABS, these sounders are offered in a variety of colours, allowing them to integrate seamlessly into diverse signalling applications and environments.

Installation is straightforward, utilising a push and twist bayonet fitting and simple in-and-out wiring blocks with both rear and side cable entry. The sounders are adaptable for either IP66 (weatherproof) or IP45 applications, and users can select from 32 distinct tones and three volume levels to meet specific requirements. They also boast ultra-low current consumption and operate effectively across a broad temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.

The Banshee Excel Conventional Sounders are fully approved to EN54-3 standards for fire alarm detection and sounders. This approval is supported by a ‘Certificate of Constancy of Performance’ from BRE, assuring their compliance and quality.

Technically, the EN54-3 compliant models operate on a 24VDC range and feature a synchronised start capability. The product is available in red with both IP45 and IP66 ratings, and a white IP45 model.
