The FyreLine L-Clip is a dedicated mounting accessory designed to support FyreLine digital and analogue linear heat detection (LHD) cables. These clips are primarily utilised on flat mounting surfaces, enabling the cable to be securely positioned either above or below the specific risk area. Engineered for straightforward and rapid installation, they offer a practical solution for a diverse range of applications.

The clips are manufactured in two distinct material variants to cater to different environmental demands. The zintec option is suitable for general indoor and outdoor use, providing a dependable solution for standard installations. For more challenging conditions, such as environments with exposure to harsh chemicals like hydrocarbons or caustic substances, a stainless steel variant is available, offering enhanced durability and resistance.

A key feature of the FyreLine L-Clips is the inclusion of silicone sleeves within each pack. These sleeves perform several vital functions: they insulate the LHD cable, protect it from abrasion, mitigate excessive pressure, and prevent unwanted heat transfer from the metal mounting bracket directly to the cable. This careful design ensures the cable’s operational integrity and longevity.

The FyreLine L-Clip adheres to the requirements of BS 5839-1 Section 26.2 Part F, confirming its suitability and compliance for fire detection systems.
