The FyreLine V-Clip, available from Eurofyre, is an essential mounting accessory designed for the efficient installation of FyreLine linear heat detection (LHD) cable, particularly beneficial for cable tray applications. This clip facilitates a quick and straightforward installation process by fitting directly into the slots of a cable tray, thereby removing the necessity for additional fixings.

To secure the LHD cable, it is placed within the V-channel of the clip and then fastened using a sleeve and a cable tie. The V-Clip offers material variations to suit diverse environmental conditions; Zintec options are suitable for general indoor and outdoor use, while stainless steel clips are recommended for environments exposed to harsh chemicals, such as hydrocarbons, or caustic substances.

Each pack of FyreLine V-Clips includes silicone sleeves, which play a crucial role in safeguarding the LHD cable. These sleeves provide insulation and protection against abrasion, excessive pressure, and prevent potential heat transfer from metal mounting brackets to the cable, ensuring the system’s operational integrity.
