Description

The ProFyre Addressable Zone Monitor integrates conventional fire alarm trigger devices into an addressable loop, forming a single radial wired zone circuit. This loop-powered module can connect up to 16 devices per ProFyre loop, depending on system loading.

A key safety feature is its integral bi-directional short-circuit isolator, ensuring continued functionality even if a loop short-circuit occurs. The module is addressable using dip switches or a hand-held programmer, and provides clear LED indications for status, fault, and alarm conditions.

Designed for versatile installation, it can be surface-mounted with its supplied back box (featuring knock-outs) or semi-flush mounted directly onto a double European back box. Internal electronics are protected by a cover, and the unit holds an IP21C rating for internal use.

The monitor is compatible with ProFyre A4, A2, and T8 2-wire analogue addressable fire alarm systems. Approved by Intertek and bearing the CE mark, it complies with EU Directives (CPR, EMC, LVD) and EN54-17 and EN54-18 standards. It operates reliably from -10°C to +55°C.
