The Morley-IAS Addressable Single Input Module, part of a versatile range that includes dual input and single output units, offers robust reliability and advanced functionality within a modern, compact design. Engineered to reduce both installation costs and required mounting space, these modules provide flexible installation options. They can be fitted into a common wall box, mounted on a DIN rail using integrated brackets, or housed within a dedicated enclosure, ensuring the address switch remains visible and easily accessible.

A key feature is the integrated short circuit protection for the communication loop, with individual isolators that can be selectively enabled or disabled for enhanced flexibility. For improved maintenance and fault-finding, the modules incorporate enlarged light pipes. These allow clear observation of the multi-colour status LED and rotary switch settings from various angles without needing to remove the surface mounting box cover. The LED provides valuable diagnostic information for each individual input or output.

Installation is simplified through the use of convenient quick connectors, further aiding testing and maintenance. The modules are Intertek approved and support both CLIP and Advanced protocols, with addressability managed via rotary switches. Technical specifications include an operating voltage range of 15 to 32Vdc, an output rating of 2A at 30Vdc, and an IP30 rating.
