The VESDA-E VEP Aspirating Smoke Detector offers highly sensitive, early warning fire detection with reliability and nuisance alarm rejection. Utilising Flair Detection Technology, it delivers consistent performance via absolute calibration, multi-stage filtration, and optical protection. An onboard smart filter tracks dust and filter life for proactive maintenance.
VEP detectors come in single or four-pipe configurations, offering Class A, B, or C sensitivity (EN54-20). Single-pipe models cover 1,000 m² with 100m of pipe; four-pipe variants cover 2,000 m² using 280m. They provide four alarm levels and a wide sensitivity range for diverse applications.
User interfaces include LED indicators or a 3.5-inch touchscreen. Connectivity via VESDAnet facilitates alarm reporting, central monitoring, and configuration. The VEP is fully backward compatible with existing VESDA installations and VESDAnet networks, ensuring seamless upgrades.
These detectors are VdS approved for the EU, CE marked, and comply with EN54-20. Eurofyre, an authorised distributor, offers expert advice, supply, and comprehensive support for VESDA systems, including pipework calculations and after-sales service.
