Overview
VESDA Sampling Hole Clips provide a consistent and reliable method for forming sampling points in aspirating smoke detection pipework. Each clip defines the final hole size and is colour coded to make the diameter easy to identify at a glance, which is particularly useful during commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
Installers drill a single 10 mm hole and fit the appropriate clip to achieve the required sampling performance, reducing complexity and the risk of incorrect hole sizing. The design includes a chamfered entry to limit dust accumulation around the sampling point, helping to maintain system performance over time.
Standard and harsh environment options are available, with harsh environment clips offering additional resistance to contamination in challenging locations such as cold stores or dusty areas.
