- Robust design for commercial and industrial use
- Compatible with Zeta MKII addressable fire alarm systems
Overview
Zeta MKII addressable heat detectors are designed to provide reliable fire detection in environments where smoke detectors may not be suitable. These detectors monitor temperature changes and trigger an alarm when predefined thresholds are reached.
They are commonly used in areas where dust, fumes or steam may cause false alarms for smoke detectors. Their addressable functionality allows each device to be individually identified by the fire alarm control panel, improving system monitoring and fault finding.
Rate of Rise Heat Detector
The rate of rise heat detector is designed to respond to rapid increases in temperature. It triggers an alarm when the temperature rises faster than a preset rate, providing early warning of developing fires.
This type of detector is suitable for environments where a quick temperature increase is likely, offering faster response compared to fixed temperature devices in certain conditions.
Fixed Heat CS Detector
The fixed heat CS (Class Static) detector activates when a specific temperature threshold is reached. It is designed for environments where temperatures may fluctuate but are unlikely to rise rapidly.
This makes it suitable for areas where a stable and predictable response is required, reducing the risk of unwanted alarms while maintaining reliable fire detection.
Fixed Heat Detector
The fixed heat detector operates by triggering an alarm once a predetermined temperature is exceeded. It provides dependable performance in environments where consistent temperature monitoring is required.
It is typically used in areas where ambient conditions may affect other types of detection, ensuring reliable activation only when a true fire condition occurs.
