Eurofyre’s Conventional Manual Call Points are EN54-11 approved fire alarm devices that offer a unique design mimicking the feel of breaking glass while incorporating a resettable operating element. This innovative approach eliminates the need for replacement glass, providing environmental benefits and operational efficiency.

The call points feature a patented mechanism with a rigid plastic operating element and an over-centre spring, ensuring a positive activation that simulates traditional break-glass units. Activation is confirmed by a visible warning flag and an LED indicator. Once activated, the unit can be swiftly reset using a simple key, making it immediately ready for re-use without requiring parts replacement.

This design makes the call points suitable for indoor environments where glass may be impractical, such as food processing facilities or leisure centres. Their resettable nature is particularly advantageous in public areas prone to frequent false alarms, like schools or shopping centres, reducing maintenance effort and costs.

These conventional manual call points are compatible with Eurofyre’s ProFyre C8 and C24 conventional fire alarm systems. They are designed for indoor use with an IP32 rating, operate between 12-24Vdc, and function effectively from -20°C to 60°C. Weatherproof variants are also available.
