The Crisis Assist Disabled Toilet Alarm Touchscreen Controller serves as the central control and indication point for the Crisis Assist emergency alarm system. This system is specifically designed to alert others and summon immediate help during emergencies, proving particularly beneficial for elderly individuals or those with medical conditions who may require urgent assistance.

The controller offers central oversight with LED indication and easy installation, presented in a light grey double gang plate. It is fully compliant with BS8300:2009, ensuring adherence to essential accessibility and safety standards.

Up to eight touchscreen controllers can be integrated into a single network, offering flexibility for larger installations. Alarm indications are customisable, allowing only relevant alerts to be displayed when multiple Assist Call Touchscreen Controllers are operational.

Beyond its primary function, the device provides comprehensive fault monitoring for line, network, and module faults. Users can configure the network directly via the integrated 2.86-inch touchscreen or by loading a spreadsheet from an onboard micro-SD card. Dedicated status LEDs indicate alarm activity, power, CPU display system, and general faults.
