The FyreLine Resettable Stainless Steel LHD Cable is a heat-sensitive cable designed for reliable fire detection in demanding environments. Approved to EN54-22 and VdS standards, its robust construction features a stainless steel braided outer layer providing exceptional mechanical protection and resistance to abrasion. The cable is suitable for diverse applications requiring dependable fire detection.

The cable consists of four cores for resistance monitoring, a foil shield for signal integrity, and a protective PVC coating, enhanced by the stainless steel braiding for added strength and environmental resistance. Its technical specifications include a wire diameter of 5.33mm, a weight of 39.3kg/km, and a minimum bend radius of 75mm. It functions within a broad temperature range, from -40°C to +125°C (maximum recoverable temperature), and humidity range.

The stainless steel braid enhances its mechanical toughness and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use with limited direct sunlight exposure. Zone lengths vary based on alarm settings, with maximum lengths reaching 500m. The cable also has a resistance per metre, with the white core at approximately 17 Ω/m, the red core at 3.3 Ω/m, and the clear cores at 0.1 Ω/m each.
