FyreLine EN54 Fixed Linear Heat Detection

The FyreLine EN54 Fixed Linear Heat Detection system provides a BS EN54-28:2016 approved solution for overheat detection, supporting two zones of up to 1000m. It integrates with conventional or addressable fire alarm panels, calculating the precise distance to an alarm location. The system comprises three key components: the FyreLine EN54 Fixed LHD Cable, which detects overheat events via a temperature-sensitive polymer; the FyreLine EN54 Fixed Controller, which monitors the cable and relays events; and the FyreLine EN54 Fixed End Of Line, used for cable termination. The system can operate in independent mode, with two distinct zones, or in interlock mode, which requires both LHD cables to trigger simultaneously to activate an alarm, thereby preventing false activations. For full compliance with EN54-28, all components must be used together as a complete system.
